  • Horizon Solar

    Definitive was chosen as the minerals vendor and delivered Mineral Ownership Reports (MORs) for 1,640 acres of severed minerals, meeting title commitment exceptions and staying on budget. We handled mineral and leasehold title, curative actions, clarified “Blanket” easements, acquired quit claim of oil and gas leases, coordinated utility relocations, and managed access road permits.

    Horizon Solar Energy, LLC operates a 200-MW solar facility on the 1,640 acres near Pearsall, Texas, aiming to connect to South Texas Electric Cooperative through a new 138kV switching station linked to the Pearsall substation, improving the region's renewable energy framework.

  • Big Plain Solar

    Definitive Energy Solutions was engaged as the dedicated minerals vendor, successfully delivering the Mineral Ownership Reports (MOR’s)on time and at the originally established budget.

    Leeward Renewable Energy (LRE) has officially commenced on-site construction for the ambitious 196 MW Big Plain Solar project, which is strategically located near London, Ohio. This project marks an important step forward in renewable energy initiatives in the region.

  • Union Ridge Solar, located in Licking County, Ohio.

    Definitive Energy Solutions successfully operated as the minerals vendor, efficiently completing the Mineral Ownership Reports (MORs) within the allocated budget and when our client need to have it.

    This process involved a careful review and clear presentation of mineral and leasehold title, keeping all stakeholders informed throughout the project.

    RWE, recognized as the third largest renewable energy company in America, is currently in the process of building its second solar farm in the state of Ohio while simultaneously further expanding its growing portfolio of energy assets within the Buckeye State. Onsite construction is actively underway at the impressive 98-megawatt (MWac) Union Ridge Solar project, which is located in Licking County, Ohio.

  • Wind River & Big Horn basins

    Definitive Energy Solutions expertly handled the comprehensive land services on Fed-State & Fee lands for Mustang Resources, LLC. Additionally, our team took on Project Management responsibilities for three significant acquisitions, namely SM Energy, Petro Gulf, and Samson Resources. Throughout these endeavors, Definitive handled all Fed/State/Fee oil & gas, SUA’s, pipeline routing, Fed title, Fee title, State title, mapping of all assets in Wyoming and Colorado, Database management, curative, as well as managing ONNR | lease obligations, ensuring all processes ran smoothly and efficiently.

  • Brouiletts Creek Solar

    Definitive was engaged as the Project Manager for all mineral title, leasehold, and curative activities on behalf of AmTRUST, again, the agreed-upon budget was met. This significant project was intricately intertwined with the legacy coal production and existing leases, making it essential to approach each aspect with thorough diligence and skepticism.
